Just wondering if anyone had and info on these two companies, ie pay, schedule, work environment, and equipment.

I am currently working for a part 135 on demand charter company flying right seat in a lear 25, falcon 20 as well as King Air 200 and 90. I was hired on with low time and we only average about 300 hrs a year. So I have quality time just not quanity, plus the company sucks(no raise in three years!)
I am looking to go somewhere were I can get some PIC time, a decent schedule and pay. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

do you work for wallace in lubbuck? if so cross over to the dark side, guys are doubling that 300 hr number per year. money is descent & quick upgrade. if not, disregard.

I believe they both fly caravans only. Also, I've heard rumors about Paragon not being around too much longer due to their customers being mostly banks and being outbid on contracts frequently. I had a friend who worked for Martinaire and they seemed like a pretty decent company to work for and I think they mostly are contracted through UPS, so that is a safer bet.

I work for Paragon. The company is doing fine. Contracts come and go. We do a lot of work through Air Data Couriers. If anyone wants some info feel free to pm me. Friday is my last day though. Moving on to bigger and better.

Paragon pays more, I think. Martinaire and Paragon both have routes come & go like everybody else. Paragon pulled out of Texas- we're in their old offices @ Addison.
