Pan Am International flight academy

I had a question...I noticed that there are different Pan Am academies. What is the difference between these two schools? I know there is one located in Phoenix Arizona at the Deer Valley airport, then the other one says its headquaters is in Miami FL. Please if anyone can clarify to me what the difference is i would greatly appreciate it.

The Miami, FL location is a simulator facility only. The only location in which the Career Pilot Program is conducted is in Deer Valley,AZ.
