Matt, do you want us to put this on the schedule? If so, i need the information and if needed, We can use eventbright to collect the $$ before hand (including transportation dollars)...

we'll still need someone to set the whole thing up but as far as schedule and collection of payment goes, we could take care of that on our end. :)

Hmm, I've got an A5 all decked out for woodsball. Not too many trees in NV though. Probably bring it anyways.

If ya'll want to do paintball on Sunday or Tuesday....Tues might be preferred since most people will still be here after Monday night's networking event. It will conflict with the tours but the tours have a max of 25 people and it might be nice for ya'll to have some other type of fun you can attend if not going on the tour(s).

Can anyone else try to get ahold of the paintball place and make the arrangements? Flychicaga's been trying to get ahold of them but apparently no call/email back?

If you want this on the schedule as a possible to do excursion...I need it to be scheduled by friday.

Apparently Golf is off the schedule...couldn't find a volunteer to help with the arrangements.
 
Bumping this thread to remind all you who say "oh I'm totally in" but are now afraid of getting shot to go register for this so it happens!
