The one thing I have learned about the FAA is that they don't got looking for problems. They usually keep doing base inspections at the best operators because they know they can go get lunch afterwords and they don't have too much paperwork.

There are pleanty of operators out in the North Bay doing charters without a certificate etc but the FAA does nothing. They keep on inspecting my company over and over because they know they will never find a problem.

I have compleately lost faith in the FAA to stand up for pilots or track down any problems unless there are passenger fatalities. Even then they usually just blame the pilot and move on.

they're looking for FO's for their Caravans (300-1100 TT) No higher. Instrument current and 2nd class med.
  • "competitive pay and compensation"
  • Jumpseat agreement with several major airlines
It says "no calls or mail" so looks like you apply through the company web site. Resumes should have a cover letter.

$1300 a month....often working 60-70 hour duty weeks. You literally make less than minimum wage. I don't know how that is competitive.

Not to mention all the other horrible things that have been said in previous threads.

I get so angry each time I see a posting for this place. They need to just fall into a volcano already.

You get to log SIC turbine SEL in a single pilot airplane though, I'd do it for free.

I know far too many fired employees from PW. Stay away at all costs if you don't want that on your record. The list of reasons they have fired my buddies for is absurd.

Well, considering that they're running ads for Kapitans on the orange (right below the ad for F.O.s I might add) site at 1200 hrs. I guess its pretty pointless to be in the right seat with more than 1100 hrs, wouldn't you say?

As to unionizing...how do you unionize a 208? Who would stay long enough to care?
