I recently got drug tested and the lady had to be present in the mens room. I had a hard time peeing but I was able to do it in the end. I still don't think a lady should be allowed in the mens room.
Thinking back, though, it would seem pretty easy to defeat the test. Tape a little shampoo bottle with a clean sample to your inner thigh with that aluminum tape. You need to keep the sample warm and the aluminum tape would reflect the heat best (I'm making that up but it makes sense). When you are in the stall, try not to scream when you pull the tape off (that would give you away). Then do your thing.
I will say that if you feel the need to do this you really shouldn't be a pilot. It's sad that weed stays in your system for so long and is really harmless but staying clean is a small price to pay if you are serious about chasing the career. I know some folks that play the "cheat the drug test" game that go from one $12/hour job to the next. To them, it's worth trying to defeat the test cause they have little to lose and really don't care much about any career. Pilot's have a lot to lose....
