Oxygen Use

I've heard that many corporate pilots (I assume operating under Part 91) utilize Flight Levels above FL410. According to the regs, one pilot must wear an oxygen mask at these levels, is this the case and are these masks comfortable flying along for a few hours? Also, for Part 135 the regs require donning of a mask by one pilot at Flight Levels above 350, so do the part 135 guys fly below these levels?

Well since some Lears and Gs can go to FL510 I guess you heard right. And if your from the FAA the answers are "yes", "very comfortable", and "yes sir, always."
