If you&#8217;re looking to join a team that&#8217;s determined to provide a truly wonderful experience for its team members and clients - you’ve arrived.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Position Summary:</strong><br />The Flight Services Specialist role is comprised of a combination of responsibilities from the Client Service, Fleet Optimization and Flight Coordination positions. During their shift they will be the main point of contact for all communication with Jet Linx Jet Card holders, Prospective Card holders, Jet Linx Crews, Wholesale Clients and Jet Linx Off-fleet Vendors; escalating to the appropriate team(s) when necessary. They will ensure an efficient and safe operation (for off and on fleet flights) during the overnight hours, making certain all client and base locations needs are met. This will be accomplished by performing the following:</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li>Serve as overnight liaison for flight crew and all other departments for flight assignments, flight planning, and flight following</li><li>Monitor aircraft in-flight (flight following emails, calls, weather, in-flight diversions, emergencies) and establish contact with appropriate parties in the event of unscheduled events or itinerary changes</li><li>Perform flight log entry and verification and record keeping including expense reporting</li><li>Review any new bookings and changes to current flights assessing all operational aspects to include but not limited to runway/airport conditions, NOTAMS, curfews, facility amenities, any reservation requirements</li><li>Work with appropriate department(s) on flight releases and distribute crew briefings and trip sheets</li><li>Review any necessary reports (Fuel reports, Endurance reports, 7 Day NOTAM outlook, etc.) and flag any potential issues/questions to appropriate team(s).</li><li>Manage Daily Ops Review Process and follow-up on any open items or communicate changes that could affect the next day&#8217;s trips</li><li>Assist in recovering any Member/Charter/Owner mechanical issues or pop-up/ASAP flights in a timely manner with efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Serve as overnight point of contact for Wholesale Charter flights, including any quote requests, changes to current trips and any other communication/action needed</li><li>Update any off-fleet vendors with any changes to currently booked flights and serve as main point of contact during shift</li><li>Work on other duties to include but not limited to searching for Hard Quote options for clients and assisting with any invoicing of Wholesale Charter flights and/or Outsourced Member flights</li><li>Interact directly with Members and Owners via telephone, fax, text, email or in person understanding when to escalate as needed</li><li>Provide quotes to Members and Owners for potential flights using FOS, including scheduling member and owner flights as needed</li><li>Arrange and confirm trip logistics such as catering, ground transportation, hotel, etc.Communicate flight itineraries and details regarding shift events to local CS teams through pass down emails, phone calls etc.Other duties as assigned</li></ul></div>
