A lot of people focus on salary salary salary when it comes to the career choice as a pilot, but what are the other benefits for all of you career pilots, (health insurance, dental, loss of license, etc.)?
 
Varies a little bit form airline to airline, But you got the right idea. 401K, health, dental, vision, short term dis, life. and of course travel.
 
That's about it. I do my own independent loss of license and short term disability insurance though.

Non rev benefits are cool, but chances are when you really want to go to a particular city at a certain time, you're normally better off buying a ticket.

Unless sitting in the terminal staring at planes pushback and depart that were supposedly 'wide open' that morning appeals to ya!
