CFI Gouge with Orlando FSDO Inspector Billy Meadows

Over all:

-Meadows is fair and objective
-wants CFI applicant to teach and not necessarily demonstrate knowledge, but the ability to teach it
-CFI applicant is PIC, make decisions
-scan & collision avoidance
-stall / spin awareness

I allowed Meadows to be the student for about half of the flight. His emphasis was on evaluation & constructive criticism of the "student" he played.
