Questions regarding ATP's career pilot program:
1. What kind of syllabus or training outline does ATP use for the career pilot program? Is it ATP-specific, and is it given to the students upon arrival?
2. ATP is known for the long XCs with training partners, but how much XC is done with your CFI?
3. How common are really long days during the XC phase of the ACPP? I viewed the website from another post about the guy who went through ATP in 2000. In his online logbook there are some really long days-arriving at 9pm only to be told they have another 6 hours to fly. Is this common? Seems like fun, but I would think everything would be planned in advance, especially with a professional dispatch office.
