Order to pay off debts

Bubbles are created in every investment class, and always have been. A wise investor who sticks to the numbers instead of his emotions is able to avoid them. As far as the other stuff about societal benefits and such, I really don't know what you're getting at.
 
This is a fun thread. Its really too bad where I am physically I in no way consider my excessive real estate passive, and I feel like I am overly emotional about dissolving as much debt as fast as possible.
