This position reports to the Operations Manager.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Provides flight operations assistance to customer airline crewmembers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Must have essential communication skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinates crew movements with local hotels and transport companies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provides timely updates to Pegasus Intranet for Customer airlines.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitors movements of Customer aircraft to ensure timely and correct arrival.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provides information to Pegasus staff to ensure manpower coverage available.</p> </li> <li> <p>Liaises with Customer airline staff as required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Carries and operates a radio/pager as required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assists other Pegasus departments as required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Must maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times.</p> </li> <li> <p>Accuracy when working with numbers a must.</p> </li> <li> <p>Miscellaneous duties as assigned.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p>
