MTC is looking for experienced aviators with a comprehensive knowledge of air EMS helicopter operations and FAA regulations. The scope of the work includes the ability to use previous experience to think ahead and anticipate mission needs through use of technology to provide rapid and effective information and to be proactive in managing risk.
An Operational Control Specialist must maintain composure under pressure and work effectively and accurately with frequent interruptions. Communicating professionally both orally and in writing at all levels within the organization is imperative. As an integral member of the flight team, the OCS will continually monitor and interpret weather, in order to provide real-time updates to pilots.
