Online Scheduling Software

I am looking of for an easy to use, online scheduling software for 50-75 people. Something where everyone can go online and see where crews are located, and in which planes. It would be best if there were multiple administrators that could go on and update the information. Everything I am finding is made for hours or the day but we need it to be weeks or months.
An idea that was brought up was something like google+ that you can drag and drop people on to a tail number. Some type of bank of people that are off work with another one that shows people who are ready to go back to work. We just want something that works well for our needs but I'm not sure if it exists or we need to design it. Free is always best but a paid program that works will be fine. Has anyone used or now using something like this? Thank you for any help!

We're you just in Indiana because a few coworkers and myself were having this exact conversation yesterday?

I'd look at some FBO scheduling software. Most of them have some implementation of what you're looking for.

It sounds like you're running a small operation though right? Something like a 135 or 91 private fleet? Perhaps you could reach out to some other similar sized companies and see what they're up to.

ETA Talon systems works well for a large amount of aircraft and personnel. I would not recommend MyFbo (the one I currently use).

We use www.flightschedulepro.com. It's not free, but it sounds like it should do everything you want.
Can you please tell me how to get it to display 24 hours? Anytime I rent after 11PM, the school I rent from has no idea I'm flying and needs me to call so they leave the keys out. It's really annoying and I've run into issues, but they don't know how to fix it.

Is it version 2.0 or 3.0? We just switched to 3.0 so I've been messing around with settings as well.

If version 3:

On the top of the home screen select "Company" then "System Setup". On the left side of the page will be a menu where they should select "Scheduling" then "Preferences". Near the top of that page they can change the "Schedule View Display Hours". Obviously an administrator will have to do that for you.

I can't log into our version 2 anymore, so unfortunately I can't help you if they're still using that.

I'll bring it up to them, thank you.
