I couldn't agree more with this. This gives AA dispatchers a fresh start and hopefully put some of the nonsense behind them. Many people don't understand the amount of work involved in representing a group that has such a wide range of personalities including complainers. It can be a thankless job and thick skin is a must.

You think representing dispatchers is a lot of work? Try representing mechanics. Your group is extremely small in comparison to most all groups at an airline. I think it is a positive to be a small specialized group that is in my opinion why you command the money you do. Every group has its complainers and 10 percenters . I am glad the AA Dxers were able to rid themselves of the twu they will be the better for it.
