You can log on to www.airnav.com, type in the airport and on the right hand side you can find sunset/sunrise, morning/evening civil twilight....

This is how I do it, but if I don't have access to a computer, I use this rule of thumb: When the sun changes color to orange or something, it's sunset. When the sky looks completely dark, except for a little glow peeking through from where the sun went down, it's civil twilight.

And if im not mistaken, you can get sunset/sunrise data for the current month all on one sheet / search.

Tower controllers also have the sunrise/sunset times. It takes them a minute to find it but so far all the times I've asked, they've managed to help me.
