The opportunity is there to fly that stuff, yes, but it's all SIC, obviously. The pay scale slides based on the equipment type. I will be flying single and twin piston PIC, turbine SIC for the time.

Something to chew on... The going rate for a LR-JET SIC is anywhere between $400-600/day. One of my sources indicates that a Part 91 operator with a Lear 25 in South Florida was paying SICs $500/day in 2010.

You may say "well, I don't have any training and they're giving me an opportunity I otherwise wouldn't have." I say "if they put you in the seat, you're worth the money."
 
The correlary to that is "BE at least worth the money they're paying you, if not worth more"
