That's what I keep hearing. Crew support / crew scheduling will always be a necessary evil. Hoping I'm at the relative beginning of the wave so reserve will be short lived.

I think you got hired at a good time. I spent 3 weeks on reserve (only because I didn't finish IOE in time to bid) after getting hired at the early part of a good wave. It makes life a lot easier.
