NY TRACON vs. ZNY

Any one currently working in either one? Also i'm curious if the academy lenght is the same for both or one shorter than the other. I understand the academy is 12 weeks long but Radar is like another 4-5weeks. I know both consist of radar so i'm not sure if both are 4months in the academy. Also do both academies for terminal and enroute start the same time?

I don't work at either one but I am at the academy right now and I can tell you that tracon training is 10wks total. You will have 5wks of ATbasics and then 5 wks of tracon training. It is actually shorter than both enroute training which is 16 weeks total and tower training which is 12wks.
