nwa callsign gone

Having spent much of my childhood in MSP I'm sad to see NWA fade away. And now I'm going to have to buy an ID90 every time I fly them to MSP, probably going to cost a poopload more than the ZED fare on NW did.
 
Well I worked over the years with a lot of good people..But the scumbag management and all the money I have lost from way back in 1993 and how they went out of there way to bust the mechanics union I am glad they are gone and now that they are two big dysfunctional families now merged as one I can add Delta to my no fly list...Good buy NWA and good riddence..

Strong words, but I totally understand how you feel. I remember the pilot strike of 94, but mostly I remember the mechanic strike of 05/06 I think it was where the mechanics held their ground and picketed even though they were going to be replaced. That takes a lot of guts. Even as it dwindled down there were a couple left that I remember stood out by themselves in the cold with picket signs.
