Nose High Landing

Full flaps, full stall landing, I bet the stall horn was screaming so loud it prolly hurt their ears.

Wait, that ain't a 172...nevermind! :dunno:

I'd like to see a turbowhacker in a megaflare.

That'd be epic.

LOL yea. Probably the most it can do is around 7.5 - 9 degrees nose up with the tail touching the runway.

The flare in the video looks unusually high. I recall someone on the forum talking about that type of landing in a CRJ.

What does weight have to do with that landing?

Ref speed.

Not that it changes all that much with weight differences but even 10 knots will change your pitch a little bit.

For what ever reason there are a bunch of people out there that insist on landing the plane like that. One little gust and you're going to be in a world of hurt, but they apparently think it can't (or won't) happen to them.
