No place to eat Turkey Dinner?

I have no freakin' clue what town I will be in next Thursday, but at least I've got the day off! Ah, the life of a working pilot! :buck:

Any JC'ers going to be in the New York area over the holiday? I'm thinking of heading home to see my family and wouldn't mind a little get together say Wednesday night?

Ya mon, I'll be around NYC. Finishing up my trip early wed afternoon and somehow will actually be home for a holiday (ANY holiday) for the first time in about 6 years. Crazy.

Was that directed at me, Amber?:D

Directed at you? Absolultely not! However, you were the inspiration to put the comment in there :laff: I really just wanted to give fair warning to anyone who may be thinking about accepting to know that there would be two little rugrats running around. Kind of like making sure everyone one invites to a playgroup knows there would be a cat present, that way if someone's allergic to cats they can make their decision accordingly :)

??? Did someone get a jobby-job and not tell his fellow JC'ers? Or more likely, did JEP just miss it?

Anyhow, Congrats!!!!!

Aerial Mapping????

OK, Lets add SAT into the mix. If you know you will be stuck in San Antonio on Thanksgiving and dont mind sharing it with a house full of strange people send me a PM as soon as possible so I can plan accordingly!

Very kick ass guys.

If we were doing Turkey day out our house, I'd have already extended an offer as well. But, this year, it's at the in-laws. . .don't really know how they would take to a couple strangers (to them of course) showing up for some grub. :)

But nevertheless, kick ass.

this is just amazing. Everyone that is offering up their homes deserves a giant JC group hug! Maybe next year I will be in the position to be able to offer up my home. this year I'll be at my mom's house eating turkey and tacos.:D

I'll join the bandwagon!

Anyone in the Hartford CT area who wants a half-assed attempt at a home-cooked T-Giving meal, Kristen and I would be happy to entertain you.

Seriously, PM me if you're in the area.

If you are one of the unfortunates away from home on T-day, I open my door to you:

I will pick you up in the PHL area (preferably no further south than ILG or north of ABE).

Feed you (Gettin' up early to cook the Turkey - it's from the butcher - no stinkin Perdue hormone crap).

Take you back.

Now, mind you this is nothing fancy - it's loaf on the couch and eat at the couch kind of day - but if it means making you feel at home, then mission accomplished.

My g/f will also cater to your drinking needs. :)

Reminds me of a Turkey day about 4 years ago (OMG have we known each other that long ???) But no g/f but I brought pie !!! No store bought crap either it was a pumpkin pecan pie.

Thanks but my parents are coming in next Tues and are staying here for thanksgiving.

I'll meet anyone who's the the WAS area for drinks AFTER dinner.

I'm gonna need it after dealing with the folks for the whole day. Don't get me wrong, I love them, but they drive me nuts!
