I'm sure this has been mentioned and answered here, but I couldn't find a case that was exactly similar.

I'm 28 and was on blood pressure meds for a few years. It was Benicar, which I understand is an approved drug. After changing my diet, I've now been off it for a few months with no terrible readings. Will I need to disclose the use of these meds if I'm not on them at the time of a PEPC medical check and won't have been for quite a while.

For pilots, the question is "do you currently take medication?" I do not know if the FAA has other forms they use for medical history during the employment phase of their examination.
 
Yes but if they use Form 8500-8 one of the questions asks if you have EVER had high blood pressure. That must be answered correctly.
