No auto fuel at Felts Field due to lack of interest.

Well ALNW has a commander in YKM most every day all day, that pretty well covers the east side of the cascades. Life Flight has one down in the Dalles which is a short hop up into most of Eastern Washington. I thought Medstar had a King air or PC-12 or something in Spokane somewhere as well as in Richland.

Yeah, my friend whom I trained for his IFR is one of the PC-12 guys in Richland. Medstar has a PC-12 Spokane as well.

I'll be off for a week before my sim session. So I'll be in Spokane September 20-26th then I'll based in IAD after my sim checkride beginning in October. But I'll defiantly make it out.

Okay. I'm pretty sure bumblebee will be long gone by then. I might be around late Sept but also might have to work. Whenever you're around let us know as me and Rframe are around a lot.

My wife keeps pushing me to get an airplane to do instruction in EPH or MWH. I just heard about a guy that started some flight training in EAT and surprised to learn that executive flight is closing their doors.
PM if you decide to teach part-time; my partner in the hangar is selling his trainer. KEAT is holding its own with airport operated fuel sales (not an FBO) and Rantzair teaching in a 152 / 172 as an independent CFI. EFI reduced operations to one Aero Commander and still holds a 135 certificate as last check, several privately owned aircraft now stored in the large hangar. Mr. Campbell has retired.

Thanks for the clarification. Ex-flight got it's start in the early 80's due to a guy who owned a rest home and grew his biz to include several more. He kind of subsidized the place but during the heydays it was a pretty big operation on it's own. Like I said, big enough to make the IPA's list of qualified Lear operators. Wenatchee, on it's own, could never support what Ex-flight was. Not in the 80's nor now. I know medstar has Pilatus in Tri-Cities. Wouldn't be surprised if they put one in EAT, or a rotary wing.
Medstar placed a rotorwing base in Moses Lake, Richland has been staffed for years, and a rotation (call volume basis) rotor was expected this Summer at a heliport along the East slopes. EFI started an second aero medical operation after the loss of Airlift agreement in late 2011(?) called medflightone.

Works for me. Rframe? Any other Central to Eastern Washingtonian's or Northern Idahoan's want to have a M and G at Hooters in Spokane? Or, Dale, if you are doing PUW to SEA, maybe we could do it in Moscow. I hear there are some great bars down there.

Thanks for the update. I always wondered what would happen when Mr. Campbell quit the biz. Will be there the night of the 31st if you are around for a beer.
