Just curious...

The other day, there was a Hawker 4000 on the line. It's tail number number was 15QS, and had the NJ paint scheme. It was a demo aircraft and had experimental on the Left side next to the door. Is this a new addition to the fleet?

A NJ Falcon 2000 FO was in awe by this aircraft. He was checking it out, and made a comment that it was new to the fleet. Just wanted to hear if it's true or not.
:D

That plane was in BHB this past summer. Unfortunately I was working on the other side of the airport that day and did not get to meet the crew, and see what was up with it.

Its just the factory demonstrator, I think NJ cancelled their Hawker 4000 order.

Talk about an aircraft program gone wrong......the development program started around the same time as the Challenger 300 (then known as the Continental). Hawker has yet to deliver any aircraft, whereas there are almost 200 CL300's out there.

N15QS is a Raytheon demonstrator and is currently waiting on a number change to N607HB (HB = Hawker Beechcraft). N15QS is a NetJets reserved number and will probably appear on an aircraft in the future.

Is was spec'd out to demo for NJA. It is has not been used in the NetJets fleet. NetJets has not canceled the order and we are still waiting for them. In the meantime, we purchased the G200s.

Sheesh. New guys.
No bids have been posted, no CPs announced, and no deliveries announced. :p
