By "Rest on call" does that mean you are on call until you receive a trip assignment regardless of what time your on-call period began?

It's more so soft off days. I've been here nearly 9 months and the shortest "call out" I've had for a trip has been at a minimum the day before during business hours.

So like long call reserve. Does that mean you get put on rest when you receive a call?
