New York Metro area flight schools

Can anyone give a first hand rec for a good school to buy some block time in the NYC area? Just want to do some time building with a CFI. Thanks

Depends if you want to go to connecticut, Long Island, or the MMU area, I suppose

Solberg aviation(n51) has good rates. Are you looking to rent and build time with a cfi you know or the school's cfi.

Heritage Flight Academy ....... in KISP (Class C airspace), I've flown with them.
A professional atmosphere yet home town flight school feel that recaptures the passion of flight vs most schools that obviously just want your money and nothing else..
