New Twin-Turbo-Prop EV-55 Outback from the Czech Rep

Wow, from sport pilot planes to a twin turboprop! I don't know, anything in the turbo prop market is usually killed by one of the King Air variants. Cool plane though!

Kinda reminds me of a cleaned-up Do228

Looks like an MU-2 and a Let 410 bashed together. I wonder what kind of price this thing is going to run. Looks like it has potential to be used as a basic feed-liner (such as Capeair or Seaport)

This plane seems perfect for hauling cargo. Crew door, back door, twin turbo-prop, fast, sleek, everything like a MU-2 should be.... except pansy PT-6 engines.

I was about to say the exact same thing about the -21's. What were they thinking? it's a 10K lb airplane!
This airplane looks like it would rock if it had some bigger engines and pressurized.

Hmmm...numbers a lot like a 99, except faster and more payload. I can think of a few of those rustbuckets overdue for the boneyard...

I can imagine them flying them till they won't work anymore since they are paid off. At least till the economy is better, but who knows when that will happen:dunno:

Heh, yeah. I don't see anything new ever flying freight. Probably for the best, it would kill the mystique. ;)

I think it looks like the DO-328. high wing T-tail. They are nuts if they think it will be less than 1 mil.:insane: Caravans are freaking more money and are "less" of an airplane than that.
