New Server Problems?

Brother can't work no fastah! :) Hopefully that should be resolved in another 30-ish minutes.

this is a quick reply. 4th button over at the bottom right corner of every post is an icon with the pencil and paper. clicked there and then scroll to bottom of screen and the cursor will be on the 'quick reply' txt window. I typed this message and liek magic it appeared.
 
found a problem

(see tried to put a line between this and its just all on the same line)


I try and hit enter to put a line in between and it all just comes out on the same line. at first it was working fine, now this. only thing I've found wrong though
 
ok im confused. now Im looking at that post and there is spaces... im confused. and now smileys aren't working

see the 'edited by'....I went in to your post and edited it hitting return where you see the spaces and it worked.

Same here. Must be some magical mod thing. See, this was after 4 "carriage returns" and 5 more... With a smilie :-) Firefox, btw
 
Test on IEWe'll see if this is a firefox problemNo smilies or editing possible from Germany on IE (bold, etc.)
And no spacing with carriage returns. This is with 3 after the last sentence.

ffox btw too :D could not click the similes thoug... but was able to put the : D it shows up thought as txt img src="images/smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Big Grin" smilieid="3" class="inlineimg" /
 
Hiya Doug, smilies don't seem to be working for me either, in the sense that clicking them doesn't insert the gif into the post. I had to manually insert it with IMG tags. On top of that, quotation marks seemed to have crapped out.

ALSO, enter/return isn't working for me (as in line spacing). I had to use BR tags. This is what a post of mine in General Topics looked like (spaces added):

EDIT: I had to do the same thing for this post. Now I remember why I took Intro to HTML. ;)

all is well for me using FF 3.0.6 Either doug already fixed it or its a browser issue. try clearing cache and cookies to see if that helps.


err...looks like a couple of them crapped out on me too.
 
Is it working again? I mean the editor issues with the <b> and smiles and such?
