New position

Happy to announce that nearly 10 years after my private pilot training, I have been offered my dream job. I have accepted a position as a Pilot for Textron Aviation in Wichita, KS and couldn't be more thrilled! Lots of prep for the big move from a little Pacific rock back to the Mid-West! The dreams are out there folks, and they are achievable. Work hard, and network. It all pays off.

Plus, good opportunities for a little trolling when other pilots ask if you fly for a living:

"Oh, I just fly Cessnas. I'm not a real pilot like you." ;)

So, sounds like not just a new longitude for you, but perhaps a new Latitude as well. ;) Congrats!
 
Congrats, I've been at Textron now for over 8 years. Been some up and downs but overall has been a good place. I'll be in ICT for X training I'll reach out and buy a round or two.
