I see two Dispatcher postings - two different ID#s - but one says Miami and one says Anchorage. I thought their SOC was in ANC, so why a Miami posting? Also the exact same jobs show up on the Rayvn section of their site (Rayvn owns NPA) so is one job for the Rayvn side, dispatching their Dash-8 flights?

The Miami operation will be for their B757 charter ops fleet that will be doing NHL and other sports charters. This is the same operation that tried to be the Icelandair of the Pacific called Northern Pacific a couple of years ago but the closure of Russian Airspace in the wake of the invasion of Ukraine in 2022 put the kibosh on that plan and they have been limping along with ad-hoc charters since.
