My name's Alex and i want to say hello to all the members of the jetcareers forum. I'm currently an A&P Student in Jacksonville, and i do plan on working on my pilot ratings aswell.
I've been in love with aviation for as long as i can remember. My first time on an aircraft, i was five years old, i remember being invited up to the cockpit mid flight by the F/O to see how it all worked, since then, there was no question what it was i wanted to do. It's been a long road to get to where i am now, mannaging the funds that i had avalable to me at the time is what lead to the AMT training first, a bit of good fortune smiled, and if everything works out the way its supposed to in the next several months, i wont have to worry about financing to get my wings.
My ultimate goal is to fly for a living, While i would love to fly for the legacy carriers, i know i would be happy even as a flight instructor, sharing the sky and the love of being in the air with others. I look forward to getting to know the other members here, helping, and getting help along the way.
