I'm no medical expert -- that's my sister -- but I have to tell you that having someone actually cut open my eye to put something in there is the last thing I would do.
I was leery about having LASIK done because they had to make a flap to expose the cornea.
The idea of having someone, no matter how skilled, cut open my eye and implant a lens, just doesn't appeal to me.
