Well after six years as the Program Manager for F/A-18 mission systems and F22 Power distribution for GE Aviation systems I accepted an offer today as the Senior Customer Services Manager for Military Engines for UAE, Oman and Egypt.

Back to the Middle East again at least in a travel role.

Will be moving to the Cincinnati / Dayton area in the next month or so.

Any good flying clubs in the area? I need a gap filler / backup until I settle in and buy a plane.

My condolences on having to move to the Cincitucky area! :D Congrats on the new job! You can go fly at Sportys. There is also a place or two at Lunken and Blue Ash. I'm still surprised CVG hasn't reduced it's taxes/rent and landing fees that would allow FBOs and Flight Schools to set up shop, since there there has been over 75% reduction in flights in and out of there.

They have landing fees? I took the Cardinal in their and don't remember getting hit with one.

I plan on buying once I get settled in and can find a reasonable hangar to rent. Just need some rentals to stay IFR current until then.
