Congrats on the survey spot. You'll learn a lot from this job and it will make you have some great stick n rudder, among many other skills you will develop! It makes flying an ILS seem like child's play, least it did for me after mowing the sky for a few rotations. Just be glad you don't have to work with that safety guy in Kansas! He was a very difficult person to deal with. (I'm just kidding!! Just had to push some buttons for old times sake!)
Congrats! Depending on what's going on in my life when I meet the mins, I might try for that too. Friend's who have flown there speak fondly of it, so you're probably in for good times.
Thanks guys. They're saying they want you to live in California, although i just flew with a guy who lives in georgia, so I'm not entirely sure. haha. basically, they book us on southwest out of SJC, and were allowed to change it out of our home airport.
Must have a California address and you will typically be booked to fly out of the three SF bay area airports, beyond that what you do in your off week is your business. You will be expected to be in San Jose for certain things.
