Looking to Ride-Along
Hey guys!
So I'm new to the forums, and after lurking awhile, decided to join. It seems like a really great community and if there is one thing that I've heard time and time again here, it's "Pay it forward". I really like this motto, especially in an industry where so many things have to go right for you to succeed.

A little bit about me:
My name is Jack. Yup.
I've been in aviation since birth, mostly because both parents are airline pilots. (Mom is a mad dog CA and dad is a 777 FO). Mom was my flight instructor up until I got signed of for my Private checkride. I soloed on my 16th and got my PPL shortly after my 17th.
Dropped out of aviation for a while because I was advised that there's no jobs in aviation.(Big mistake, leaving my passion) Attended the University of Ottawa in Canada and am now in my last year of 2 Honors majors in Political Science and Communication. Realized this past summer how much I missed aviation and am gonna work my *** off to get back into it. Taking my Instrument written over break in October, and commercial written over christmas, then moving back home when I graduate to begin my flying.

I hope to be flying intensively, get my licenses, CFI-I MEI starting this April, and then see where life takes me.

I'm looking forward to being active and networking with you guys, developing contacts, and maybe even building some hours with what seems like an active and engaging group of passionate individuals.

If you read this far, thanks a lot! If not, well. You'll be hearing from me on the boards anyway!

Take it easy guys,
Jack
