Doug, nice job on the new layout. We should not see anymore disappearing pages.

on a side note, I don't know where Kristie and you find the time to do all you do. The work you have done for MikeD and his squad is outstanding. I know the two of you thank all involved, but without you guys spearheading the drive the troops X-mas would not have been as bright. I hope Santa leaves soemthing nice for the both you.
