If you take a peek at the map, it'll show where the current forum users are logged in geographically.

It's a little scary when you see just how many people around the world log into jetcareers.com!

It only updates every 30 minutes to save on server processor overhead.

(Edit: "Map" is between "Member's List" and "Calendar" on the toolbar)
 
Nevermind, found on the blue bar.

Incredible!! Never realized there were so many JCers in Europe.
 
I think the first screen are all the registered JCers. The second screen are the JC'ers that are logged in and those that are lurking.

Needless to say, I guess we're only safe cracking Siberian jokes.
 
I just wonder where all of my South American peeps are today? :)

I'm going to tinker with the map so it's a little clearer.
 
Wow, simply amazing. I never realized how high of a concentration of members there are in the South Eastern U.S.
 
Check the current map, is that a little better than the 'realistic'? There's also a B&W which might be a little better too.
 
Looks like I'm going to have to send Brian DJ down to South America on mission or something!

I kinda like the fake realistic map better. You get roughly (if not the same) information, but the real map looks more fun, sophisticated, and high tech.


*I spelled sophisticated right with-out the use of a spell checker. It may not sound like much, but it made my day for some reason.
 
I think what's going to be interesting is logging on later at night to see where the users shift.
 
I'm going to uplink the plain-jane map and see how that works, stay tuned.

Try to upload it again, it's still the blue and orange map with grave-site crosses.
