The Executive VP of Finance of Sun Country is coming over to be Penair’s new CFO. Hope this is a good sign, maybe he will give pilots a raise . I’m curious if the Sun Country guys here have anything to say.

The same group that bought RAVN. Waiting on approval from the FAA I believe now.

It was up for auction, JF Lehman won. They are the parent company of Ravn Airgroup. The sale won't be finally for another 30-60 days pending FAA/DOT approval. Meanwhile the court appointed trustee is still in control of the company until that happens.

Interesting. When was this? Kinda surprised they did that already, and it's being kept separate.
