New CFI!

Man, I'm so dead right now. 4.5 hours of "stump the chump," and a 2.1 flight.

I walked into North-Aire at 7am to meet the examiner, and walked out with a new temp at 3:15pm. This was easily the hardest checkride I've done so far, but I'm incredibly relieved that it's over.

I'll post a gouge once I recharge my batteries.

Congrats! You're right, that Check is no punk. Not to worry- the CFII and MEI aren't quite so bad...

Yes, I am generalizing...I am still active duty, so I can afford steak and digital cable, but your average CFI cannot. Trust me...ask my friends in Providence, or the ones at a very popular flight school making $800-1000/month. granted, they are getting awesome twin time and loving it, but the pay can be increased.
