New Certificate

Doc,
Got my new certificate yesterday, (paper now 8x11) do I need to have the back that lists the conditions of use in my actual possession? Does the front suffice. I know this sounds kind of Anal retentive, but the less crap in my wallet the happier I am.

Cut it across the middle of the page and fold it in half so that info is on it.

In our office, we pre-print the certificate info on the back and just make it one page thick.
