All I know is back when I was at SkyWeezy and the AA employee travel program was outlined to us, if you traveled frequently on 4 leg roundtrips, they added up to the point where you might as well buy ZEDs on other airlines. Pretty ridiculous to treat your employees that way at a legacy airline.

I got a call from US Aviation the other day about an interview and spoke to one of their CFIs I ran into on an xtry with a student. He didn't do a good job of selling the school to me, but he did mention this.
