Netjets Interview prep.

I completed a phone interview with netjets last week, and was offered an in-person interview for August 21st two days ago. I've read several write-ups on the interview process. I get the impression it's largely about seeing that you have a good demeanor/Good customer service skills. It seems technical questions are very few. I also heard that if you are called back for the day 2 portion of the interview it's no long a SIM but rather a "leadership" interview. All this said, I know a few of you here are at NJ, and any comments on what the best way to prep would be appreciated.

I'd imagine a lot of TMAAT / scenario based questions with emphasis on catering to the fine folks of Westchester County, NY.

Example: You're flying a Citation XLS. Guy pulls up with his family and 24 bags. The Citation doesn't carry 24 bags in the hold. What do you do?

What three things are most important in private jet charter? Answer: coffee, ice and newspapers.

What would you do if a passenger's dog took a dump in your airplane and you have 20 min until your next pax show up?

Are you allergic to animals or people? If so, what kinds? (Just wait until Delores with her 7 cats comes on board for her yearly trip to Boca)

Do you have a drinking problem? If not, why not?

You're a flight attendant, cabin cleaner, baggage handler, catering and a butler. There are few technical questions because the flying is just a very small slice of the 135 pie

I currently work in 135 charter...I understand that stuff. Looking more specifically for things related to netjets as opposed to the typically interview in this section of the industry.
 
Seriously...

It is a 2 day event, now with no sim. Day 1 is all TMAAT questions, no technical, very easy and laid back. If you are selected for day 2, you meet with a higher up for a more detailed TMAAT. They aren't hiring right now so keep that in mind, they are building a pool. The company is a mess. It is shrinking, no growth in sight, they haven't hired all year, but have continued to have attrition. Upgrades are non existent so expect to be an FO for 15+ years. You will be put in the Phenom when they eventually do hire. Be prepared to have the crap kicked out of you daily when you are at work.

My apologies. Somehow I thought you might be a 121 guy wanting to make the jump to 135.
