NetJets CEO Abruptly Resigns

You guys keep getting TAs this fast, and no one will be able to pass you up!!

I don't care if the internet numbers are higher or lower than other internet numbers. For me, I'm all about the contract language, scope, international codeshare rules and rates.

While a high hourly rate has some "internet" cred, without the contractual language to back it up, it's like having a 2015 Ferrari with a Ford Pinto engine in it.

This is the hard part to drive home with our group (and many others, I'm sure). If we get $500/hr, but Netjets can sub out ALL our flights, it would be a massive step backwards.

Once we get a TA, I would love nothing more than if our negotiating committee released the contract, but withheld the pay section for a week. Force everyone to read the important parts, THEN take a look at the compensation!

I like your idea on TA release! Scope is probably the most important aspect of our contract. I hope the NC and the pilot group as a whole understands this. I believe that all the guys who were former airline working here know that, but I would like to see adequate protection language here, otherwise its a NO, regardless of the rates.

Couldn't agree more.
