Need help

Hi everyone, I hope things are well for all of you at Jetcareers.

I need some advice, after nearly three years of flight instructing from my last part 121 carrier Skyway who virtually dissapeared, I was hired with Piedmont back in January. After starting training on April 1st and going thru ground school and having passed my maneuvers validation check in the sim I resigned from the company. I never took the official LOE SIC type ride. I just wasn't happy at Piedmont for a few reasons and I realized that was not the place for me. I have since gone back to instructing and I just passed my ATP checkride yesterday with allapts, and I have an interview with an airline next month. My question to anyone who can respond is since I never actually flew for Piedmont and I never took the official checkride (only the maneuvers validation and I did pass), do I need to tell other future employers about it? In other words do you think it will show up on PRIA or background investigation. I realize that it was probably a mistake to resign when I was doing okay during training but I just was not happy there and I would still like a second chance with another carrier ( I just don't want this to be a cloud hanging over my head forever). I have a good record and have never been in trouble anywhere other than a busted CFI checkride and a commercial checrkride back in College. Thank you all in advance for any sugestions.

If you were hired and all the work was done to make you an employee, I'm pretty sure it is going to show up on the background check.

Heard of too many people being fired for not being honest on a resume. I would assume they will know and be honest. Turn a negative into a positive during the interview.

I have a friend in Hawaii who did a similar thing at a company almost 2 years back and since hasn't managed to get an interview anywhere else, he did include it on the resume and he claims this is why he's in this rut. You may be better off tho, because he actually got the type rating and THEN quit when he found out the one domicile he wanted was going to close soon and he'd have to commute to the East Coast or Texas for the foreseeable future(I know, I know). I think he has close to 5,000 hours now and can't get an interview at a regional.
