Need help with UPT package

I have an interview with a C-17 unit next month. I'm trying to find the forms that are required. I need AF forms 56, 24, 215, 1288, and 2584. Also, what do I need to put in my letter of intent? I do not have the IMT viewer that is required on the e-publishing site. Due to some policy change the recruiters aren't allowed to help me because I'm an inside applicant. I won't be going out to the base until the day before the interview. Does anyone know where I can get these forms in a PDF or maybe someone with IMT could change them to PDF for me?
 
I couldn't find anything that didn't require the viewer, but here is a link to download it. Also, maybe try Baseops.net?

Hey Viper,

Here's a good place to start. I'm doing all the paperwork for the OTS application and UPT. I downloaded the IMT viewer from this site also. USAF E-Publishing

After being in the Air Force for a while, you'll learn some "tricks of the trade" such as this.

I got the forms downloaded. Now I have to write the letter of intent and the "Why I want to be an AF pilot" question on one of the forms.

I just talked to the guy running the board. He's mainly concered with having my resume, scores, transcripts, and letters of reccomendation. All those forms can wait until the wing board.
