On a side note, what determines what approach you fly into a given airport?

The EHSI in the PC12 makes NDB approaches a snap. You select ADF on the HSI and it gives you normal VOR like indications after you select your course. You can also put an RMI needle on there as well.

I think NDBs' are cool. Learning them was uncool. Now that I know what I'm doing when I shoot one I have mixed emotions about them leaving -all that time to learn how to shoot the approach and swoosh! Thier gone. Can't say I will miss em, I won't.
