Pics arent the best but I thought I'd share anyway. This is at KEFD on the taxi out for a short hop Sat. afternoon.

According to Wiki, only 5 of these ever built.
 
One was in ELP for as long as I was there at least. Guys who flew it where kinda idots on the radio and always had problems. A really funny looking airplane though.

Haha nice, I've seen quite a few cool things on the ramp @ EFD but that probably takes the cake. Good find!

Thanks. I was taxiing out from the hangars behind southwest services and looked left and myjaw dropped.
I knew it was a rare bird but not how rare til i got home.
The ramp was packed on Sat. with about 2 dozen various military aircraft

Yeah it's a great place to stop over in a mil aircraft. The military only portion of the FBO there is outstanding.....tons of food in the lounge room, cold beers, private "mission briefing" room aka theater, beater t-top firebird to take into town.
