Mysterious aircraft circling sacramento Cali recently. Ideas??

The faa says the aircraft is flying in uncontrolled airspace. But the reporter says its circling several thousand feet above o_O
 
Same thing I said about MH370...is there a connection?

Odd how the impending danger of Kim Jong-un virtually vanished over the last few months.
 
No idea. can tell you without a doubt it is not my company. That's not at all how we survey. lawnmower, not turns around a point. Besides the city of sac can be done in like... 2-3 days. no need to stay there for weeks. That guys is doing something else.

I'm thinking it's the guys with the "Idaho" or "Jenna" (I think) callsigns that I've been hearing in SoCal recently. Seems like 2 aircraft will take shifts doing the same thing. I remember there being a thread on it in MA back a year or so ago, I want to say it's something to do with the FBI or DHS.
