WN, Air Berlin (before they went away) and Hong Kong Express are the only three carriers I know of that will automatically refund after canceling a segment. Everybody else you have to request a refund for.

Has anyone gotten the problem, where you only fly 1 out of two flights (didn't get onto the second), and then it won't let you request a refund?
For me, I managed to cancel one of the two flights, but when I try to refund, it says I can't refund without cancellin the entire booking code, which I can't, cause one is used :/

Probably a thru fare and the automation is having problems since the per leg charges have to be manually calculated. Start with your company's travel department but it will probably require a phone call and refund request made with the ticketing airline.

Shouldn't be that long... unless it was some random small airline somewhere not part of a GDS. I'd talk to who ever handles pass travel at your airline.

Does anyone knows if refund can do after myidtravel closed due resigned? My reason is I was so busy with my new born child and i totally forgot to refund it.
